What it means to be a leader:
There are many interpretations of what it means to be a leader. Most definitions agree that being a leader involves having the power to influence a group of followers where everyone has a common goal. It doesn’t matter the size of the group being led; the most important thing is to have a common goal for the benefit of all. During the course, we will delve a little deeper into the definition of a leader.
