All original intellectual property comprising, underlying, or incorporated into the ASPIKA Ecosystem, including the intellectual property used, displayed, published, presented, implemented, or made available through We Are ASPIKA Foundation, Inc. and weareaspika.com, was conceived, created, authored, and developed by Rita M. Hernandez, Founder, Creator, and President of the ASPIKA Ecosystem, and remains her intellectual property, subject to applicable law.

This intellectual property includes, without limitation, original ASPIKA names and brand elements, logos and visual identities, program names, written content, curricula, courses, educational and workforce-development programs, training materials, methodologies and their documented expression, frameworks, program structures, concepts as embodied in protectable works, manuals, presentations, scripts, photographs created by or for which rights are held by Rita M. Hernandez, graphics, designs, audiovisual materials, digital content, website content, publications, creative materials, proprietary documentation, and all original ASPIKA materials developed by Rita M. Hernandez.

The incorporation, publication, display, implementation, or use of this intellectual property by We Are ASPIKA Foundation, Inc. does not constitute an assignment, donation, transfer, conveyance, waiver, abandonment, or relinquishment of ownership.

We Are ASPIKA Foundation, Inc. is authorized to use such intellectual property solely for purposes consistent with the mission, programs, operations, and activities of the Foundation and the ASPIKA Ecosystem. Ownership remains with Rita M. Hernandez unless expressly transferred by her through a separate written instrument.

No director, officer, employee, contractor, advisor, partner, donor, sponsor, alliance, participant, institution, organization, or other third party acquires any ownership interest in ASPIKA intellectual property by virtue of access to, participation in, association with, publication through, or use of such intellectual property.

No protected ASPIKA material may be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, republished, distributed, sublicensed, transferred, commercially exploited, incorporated into another organization or platform, or used to create derivative materials without the prior written authorization of Rita M. Hernandez, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Nothing contained on weareaspika.com, or within any We Are ASPIKA Foundation program, shall be construed as granting any ownership interest or intellectual property rights to any person or entity except through an express written authorization or transfer executed by Rita M. Hernandez.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.
