The name ASPIKA, its brand identity, ecosystem and associated brands, programs, platforms, properties and media productions, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, original written content, graphics, artwork, photographs, audiovisual productions, recordings, educational materials, digital content, website content, promotional materials, creative assets, and other protectable intellectual property are owned by, or used under license by, the applicable ASPIKA entity and are protected by United States intellectual property laws and applicable international laws.

The ASPIKA portfolio includes, as applicable: ASPIKA, ASPIKA Ecosystem, ASPIKA Alliance, ASPIKA Talks, ASPIKA Summit, NeuroUniversos, NeuroUniversos Podcast, NeuroUniversos Masters Series, ASPIKA Neurodiversity Center, ASPIKA Shopping Network, We Are ASPIKA Foundation, and ASPIKA Global Foundation, along with their respective programs, initiatives, divisions, productions, platforms, and associated brand assets.

Except with the express written authorization of the applicable rights holder, no protected ASPIKA material may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, adapted, distributed, transmitted, displayed, commercially exploited, incorporated into another platform or service, or used to create derivative materials, in violation of applicable intellectual property rights.

Participation, collaboration, sponsorship, employment, engagement, or any other form of association with an ASPIKA organization, program, production, initiative, or event does not confer ownership rights or grant an unrestricted license to use ASPIKA's intellectual property.

All trademarks, content, and other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and will be used solely in accordance with the corresponding authorizations or as permitted by applicable law.

Any unauthorized use of ASPIKA's intellectual property is expressly prohibited. ASPIKA and the applicable rights holders reserve all rights, claims, and legal remedies available under United States law and applicable international law.
