Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented ASPIKA Talks Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and support a global initiative that connects thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers. As part of our Work-Study Program, you will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to work with speakers from over 50 countries to shape their ASPIKA Talks profiles and schedules.
This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of a global storytelling platform, playing a vital role in the coordination of events and evergreen profiles that inspire change and spark conversations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for speakers, guiding them through the ASPIKA Talks process.
- Collect bios, photos, logos, social media links, magazine clippings, and other relevant materials.
- Ensure that all materials are complete, accurate, and aligned with ASPIKA’s standards.
Profile Management:
- Forward collected materials to the web-design team to create evergreen profiles for each speaker.
- Maintain direct communication with speakers to confirm and approve their profiles once published.
- Coordinate updates and ensure profiles remain accurate and representative over time.
Production Scheduling:
- Align production schedules with the ASPIKA Talks Producer to ensure smooth event execution.
- Communicate production dates, timelines, and requirements with speakers and team members.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the ASPIKA Talks Producer, web-design team, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide feedback and follow-through with the web team to guarantee high-quality profile creation.
Global Engagement:
- Foster professional relationships with speakers from diverse backgrounds and time zones.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive experience for all participants.
